Where do I send my return/exchange item(s)?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your merchandise within 14 days from date of purchase. Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A CREDIT OR REFUND WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IF MERCHANDISE IS IN ITS ORIGINAL AND UNWORN CONDITION, ALL TICKETS ATTACHED AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING (if applicable). SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AT ANY TIME.

Your credit or refund may take 5-7 business days. For credit card refunds, we will credit your account and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing band and/or billing cycle.
We recommend that you insure and return your package with UPS, FedEx, or DHL, which will allow you to track your package.
