Does amymatto.com accept international orders?
Due to our current shipping policy, the Amy Matto website can only accept orders from the 50 United States. If you are an international customer, we will happily assist you with a phone order. Please call us at 1-212-398-2980 during business hours 9am-5pm EST to check product availability and get a current shipping quote. International customers are responsible for paying all costs related to shipping the order, including shipping, duties, tariffs etc. Orders to U.S. territories are considered international.

Once I have placed an order online, can I make changes to or cancel?

When should I expect my order to arrive?
Packages should arrive within 5 to 7 business days shipped via UPS Ground Service. Transit times may increase if your order is being shipped to a rural address or during holiday seasons.
 
How will I know if you have received my order?
An automatic response will be sent to your provided e-mail address confirming that amymatto.com has received your order. If you fail to receive this e-mail within 24 hours, please call us at 1-212-398-2980 during business hours 9am-5pm EST or e-mail orders@amymatto.com and we will be able to check the status of your order.
What if an item I order is back-ordered or unavailable?
Due to high demand for many of our items, amymatto.com cannot always guarantee availability of all products. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available or if an item will be delayed in shipping, we will notify you via e-mail. If you don't see something that you are looking for, please call us at 1-212-398-2980 during business hours 9am-5pm EST.

What are your shipping fees?
Shipping fees are based on the weight of each package.  Please call us at 1-212-398-2980 or email orders@amymatto.com during business hours 9am-5pm EST, and we will be happy to answer any shipping related questions.
*Please add $10 to the rates above for any shipment to Alaska and Hawaii.
 
 
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Where do I send my return/exchange item(s)?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your merchandise within 14 days from date of purchase. Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A CREDIT OR REFUND WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IF MERCHANDISE IS IN ITS ORIGINAL AND UNWORN CONDITION, ALL TICKETS ATTACHED AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING (if applicable). SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AT ANY TIME.

Your credit or refund may take 5-7 business days. For credit card refunds, we will credit your account and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing band and/or billing cycle.
We recommend that you insure and return your package with UPS, FedEx, or DHL, which will allow you to track your package.
PAYMENT
Will I be charged sales tax?
Amymatto.com Online Store is required by law to charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to New York State only. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
